Cementitious Coating
Polyurethane Coating
Bituminous Coating
Bituminous Membrane
GRP Lining
The bituminous coating comes in a liquid form that can be applied similarly to polyurethane coatings. But due to its emission of VOC, it is recommended to wear a mask during its application.
Unlike polyurethane coatings, it works well with surfaces that are in contact with moisture and seepage. It is suitable for concrete areas or the areas that are under the screed.
Technical details
A mixture of olefinic hydrocarbons containing from 3 to 11 carbon atoms and a volatile solvent, as well as a finely divided solid material having a specific surface area of at least 250 square meters per gram, substantially free of sulfonic acids and phosphorous compounds, said mixture is heated for at least 4 hours at from about 120° to 125° C. to yield a fluid product which when mixed with an asphalt emulsion produces a sticky liquid bituminous coating.
The adhesion and flexibility characteristics of said coating are improved when it comprises up to 30% by weight preferably 10% to 25% of at least one high molecular weight material based on the total weight of polymer and asphalt emulsion plus solvent layer.

Application of Bituminous Waterproof Coating
The application of bituminous coating as a waterproofing material is a well-known practice, including applications on porous substrates such as concrete.
The present invention has made it possible to produce bituminous coatings which are easier to apply than rubbery linings prepared by conventional methods, require shorter curing times, and cure at inherently less elevated temperatures so as not to damage the object being coated. Thus these coatings may be applied to walls or roofs in the hot weather of Dubai without incurring any of the troubles previously encountered with other materials such as those having a rubber-like consistency.
Advantages of Bituminous Waterproof Coating
The advantages of bituminous coating as a waterproofing system are well known. It has been used with success for many years in various parts of the world and more particularly in Dubai where it is employed to protect roofs, walls, floors, etc., from the deleterious effects of severe heat, and to prevent rainwater ingress.
The coating will work only if applied with recommended thickness. It is also known as asphalt coating. Due to its insoluble properties with water, it is used as a protective layer against the ingress of water. It can be used in both underground and above-ground applications because of its high adhesiveness and UV-resistant properties.

Our Services
We provide a wide range of waterproofing services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Roof Waterproofing
We stop leaks through metal roofs, sandwich panels, concrete roofs, or tile roofs. Our roofing layer is UV resistant, lightweight, and flexible.
Floor Waterproofing
We prevent water from damaging the concrete floors by sealing all the cracks and pinholes, thus stopping the seepage and moisture altogether.
Wet Area Waterproofing
We stop leakage, seepage and moisture in bathrooms, laundry, toilets, and kitchens by professionally installing waterproofing membranes.
Water Tank Waterproofing
We save water and increase the life span of water tanks by doing GRP Linings in the tanks. Of course, our waterproofing is non-toxic.
Swimming Pool Waterproofing
We install the protective barrier in above and inground swimming pools. Our triple protection waterproofing system is best for pools.
Basement Waterproofing
We do not let the moisture. mold and fungi damage your basement. We use anti-damp layers or injection treatment to address basement leakages.
