How much waterproof warranty do we provide?
It depends on the type of waterproofing service and the number of layers in the waterproofing system. We give a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 20 years of leakage warranty.
How much do we charge for a site visit?
We do not charge for a site visit. We provide a quotation/ estimation within 24 hours after the site visit. If the customer does not want a site visit, then we require a project brief along with drawings and BOQ.
How much waterproofing will cost?
It depends on the total area and the type of waterproofing service a customer required. It also depends on the material brand and other factors such as labor cost, transportation cost, etc. Our minimum waterproofing service cost per square meter is AED 30 and up to a maximum of AED 200.
What are the brands that we use in the application of waterproofing?
For the best results, we mostly use international products from Mapei (Italy), Fosroc (British), and BASF (German). We also recommend some middle east brands like Saint-Gobain Weber, Al Khowahir Chemicals, and Henkel Polybit.
