This project was focused on removing existing deteriorated waterproofing and applying a new waterproof membrane on a bakery roof.
Findings
- Leaks at the roof edges were damaging internal equipment.
- Rust formation under existing layers required complete grinding.
Solution
- Removed old waterproofing manually.
- Rust treated, surface ground, and holes patched.
- Applied a UV-resistant and anti-fungal waterproofing system.
- A 7-year warranty was issued.
