Area: 200 m2 Roof Leaking Area.
This project aimed to stop rainwater leakage entering through skylights, ventilation gaps, and overlapping joints into the warehouse, damaging goods inside.
Findings
- 41 leakage points identified across the roof sheds.
- Belongings inside the warehouse were at risk of damage.
Risks
- Working height was 9 meters; safety harnesses were used.
Solution
- Applied two layers of GRP over all problem areas.
- Successfully tested with water to ensure no leaks remained.
- Delivered with an 8-year warranty.
