Findings
- Cracks and pinholes were present despite the existing combo waterproofing.
- Leakage was reported in the upper-level room during rainfall.
Risks
- Work was performed at a height of 10 meters.
- Materials were hoisted carefully to avoid spillage.
Solution
- Old waterproofing was cleaned and sanded.
- GRP overlay with 3mm thickness applied.
- The client received a 10-year leakage warranty.
